ABOUT
Designed for both flat and curved applications, Batten 30 brings sculptural depth and natural warmth to interior spaces. Engineered and finished with intention, TrueTech Batten 30 combines the beauty of real timber with the control and consistency of modern manufacturing. Its technical oak veneer offers a refined, natural finish with uniform grain and colour throughout, making it the ideal choice when a consistent veneer is essential.
The raw engineered oak face is ready for a stain or clear coating, allowing you to customise the tone to suit your project.
This panel conforms comfortably to a 250 mm radius (500 mm diameter), delivering seamless results across both flat and curved surfaces.
Designed with a hidden tongue-and-groove profile, panels connect cleanly for a flawless installation, ensuring visual continuity across every join.
Supported by a coordinated trim system, including matching edges, bullnose trim, square trim, curves, and corner trims, allowing for a fully resolved, seamless finish across the entire installation.

- Panel dimensions: 150mm (W) x 2780mm (L)
- Coverage: 145mm installed face coverage × 2780mm panel length.
- Application: Suitable for flat, concave, and convex interior surfaces.
- Material Composition: Raw reconstituted timber veneer with a White Oak appearance, pine core, and factory-sealed backing. The reverse face is sealed to improve panel balance and dimensional stability.
- Curving Capability: Recommended minimum radius: 250mm when using the dedicated "curve" panel.
- Timber Veneer: Engineered for consistency in grain and colour, with minimal visual variation between panels.
- Trim allowance: Allow approximately 10mm trimming from each panel end during installation.
- Fire Performance: Batten 30 can achieve Group 1-S fire performance when coated with an approved intumescent coating system and applied in accordance with the coating manufacturer's specifications. Contact us for technical documentation and project-specific guidance.

ACCESSORIES
For exposed edges and finishing details, veneer edge banding and solid timber trims are also available to help achieve a refined, cohesive installation outcome.

DELIVERY
Please note that exceptions may apply for orders of significant size or where site access is restricted. In these cases, additional freight costs may be incurred, including the potential requirement for a hiab or other specialised delivery services.
