Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Non-sale items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of them being delivered. Items must be unopened, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt, please contact us via email info@featurepanel.co.nz and we can help organise the return.
Please note that you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the items to us and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns
Once we’ve received the returned item and confirmed it’s in resaleable condition we will make a refund to the same payment method you used to order it. Refunds may take up to 30 days to show on your bank account due to bank processing times.
Exchanges
Once we’ve received the returned item and confirmed it’s in resalable condition, we will send out your new item. If you’d like to exchange for a higher priced item, the difference will need to be paid.
