This beachfront residence underwent an extensive renovation, transforming it into a refined, high-end home grounded in material warmth and detail.
The Batten 20 Oak T&G panel is used across all three levels of the home. Specified by Spatial Narrative and installed by Oceanside Build, the panels create continuity from entry and hallway through to the powder room, wrapping elevator walls and seamlessly concealing access to walk-in wardrobes.
Originally, the interiors were described as feeling overly clinical. The introduction of timber panelling shifted the atmosphere entirely, bringing warmth, texture, and a more inviting, lived-in feel. The result is a space that not only looks cohesive, but feels it, consistently receiving positive feedback from those who experience it.
