ABOUT

Designed for both flat and curved applications, Wave Flow brings refined texture and the natural warmth of timber to interior spaces through its soft profile face and genuine Black Walnut veneer.

Constructed with an MDF core and ply backing for improved stability, the panel is engineered to accommodate concave and convex surfaces while maintaining a refined, seamless appearance across the installation.

Wave 41 is supplied raw and ready for finishing, allowing the final appearance to be tailored through oils, stains, or clear coatings to suit the project palette and surrounding materiality.

Supported by a coordinated trim system including matching bullnose trim, square trim, edges, curves, and corner trims, allowing for a fully resolved, seamless finish across the entire installation.


SPECIFICATIONS

  • Profile: Wave 41 Flow  [  BLACK WALNUT  ] 
  • Material Composition: Raw Black Walnut veneer, with MDF core and ply backing. The reverse side is factory-sealed in a clear coating to improve panel balance and stability.
  • Application: Suitable for flat, concave, and convex interior surfaces.
  • Curving Capability: Recommended minimum radius 150mm (diameter 300mm)
  • Finish: Raw crown cut veneer, ready for oiling, staining, tinting, or clear coating.
  • Coverage: 133.5mm installed face coverage × 2730mm panel length.
  • Veneer Note: Natural timber face will vary in grain and tone
  • Trim allowance: Allow approximately 10mm trimming from each panel end during installation.
  • Fire Performance: Suitable for achieving Group 1-S fire performance when used in conjunction with an approved intumescent coating system. Contact us for technical documentation and project-specific recommendations.

We recommend ordering samples prior to purchase to best understand the tone, texture, and natural variation of the material within your space.

Unless otherwise specified, veneer and solid timber panels are supplied raw and ready for finishing. Project imagery shown throughout our website may feature panels that have been coated, oiled, stained, or tinted after installation, which can influence the final appearance of the timber.


DELIVERY

Please note that exceptions may apply for orders of significant size or where site access is restricted. In these cases, additional freight costs may be incurred, including the potential requirement for a hiab or other specialised delivery services.
